Firstly, hill stations look more beautiful and are more enjoyable during rainy seasons, and so is Triund. Recently, I did the Triund trek and it was all raining during the whole time I was trekking up. Here’s what I experienced.
We (2 people) started trek at around 2:00 pm, and it had already started raining in McLeodganj during that time, so we took the disposable raincoats. We took a cab till Gallu Madir, as it was raining and we were running short of time.
Trek is quite easy till the Magic View cafe. We rested there for a while, had some Maggi, clicked some photos, as the view there was amazing. Really, it was a magic view, and rain made it more beautiful.
